My main goal as your personal trainer is to help you reach your goals, keep you motivated and to ensure continuity in your training. We will design a tailored exercise program that reflects your objectives, fitness level, and experience.
Health declaration, lifestyle profile and a personal trainer/client agreement
These agreements must all be signed prior to beginning the training sessions. This ensures that the role of the trainer to client and client to trainer is clearly appreciated and understood. With that done, we will book a first session where we weigh, measure and do a fitness test. The fitness test consists of a few simple exercises of fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.
Personal training in a private gym with professional equipment!
Besides personal training in a gym, I also offer classes were we train as a group. On Wednesdays we run on Paseo Maritimo in Fuengirola (map) and on Thursdays we do circuit training at the Swedish school (map).

GRILLED LEG OF LAMB WITH GOAT CHEESE SALAD
THE LEG OF LAMB IS GRILLED IN A GAS GRILL TOGETHER WITH A "SMOKEBOX" FOR 2,5 HOURS AT 150 DEGREES. SEASONED WITH SALT, PEPPER AND ROSEMARY.
GOAT CHEESE SALAD:
LETTUCE LEAVES, RUCCOLA, TOMATOES, RED ONIONS, OLIVE OIL, FLAKE SALT, GOAT CHEESE,
BALSAMICO, CHOPPED HAZELNUTS.

CHICKEN WOK
START BY WOK GARLIC AND FRESH CHILI IN OLIVE OIL, ADD RED ONION AND MUSHROOMS, THEN RED PEPPER AND BROCCOLI.
PUT THE VEGETABLES ON A PLATE AND THEN WOK THE CHICKEN IN STRIPS.
BOIL THE NOODLES.
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN THE WOK PAN AND ADD A LITTLE SUKIYAKI SAUCE AND SWEET CHILI.
ROAST SESAME IN A DRY FRYING PAN AND SPRINKLE.

CHICKEN (LEFTOVERS FROM GRILLED CHICKEN), FUSILI PASTA, GREEN LEAVES, ARUGULA, RADISHES, TOMATOES, RED ONION, OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC, FLAKE SALT, ROASTED ONIONS

SMOKED DORADA WITH YOGURT SAUCE
COOKED IN THE ELECTRIC SMOKER
SERVED WITH BOILED POTATOES, BROCCOLI AND A COLD SAUCE:
GREEK YOUGERT, LEMONZEST, HONEY, FLAKE SALT, FRESH DILL

FRESH SUMMER SALAD
AS A LIGHT LUNCH OR A SIDE DISH TO THE BARBECUE
WATERMELON, RED ONION, FETA CHEESE, PEPPERMINT, OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC, FLAKE SALT

CREAMY PEPPER SOUP
PEPPERS IN DIFFERENT COLORS
FRESH CHILI

GARLIC, DIVIDED AT THE WAIST
CHERRY TOMATOES
DRIZZLE OVER OLIVE OIL AND FLAKE SALT.
ROAST IN THE OVEN AT 200 DEGREES, ABOUT 40-50 MIN.
HEAT VEGETABLE BROTH IN A SAUCEPAN, PUT IN THE OVEN-BAKED VEGETABLES, SQUEEZE THE INSIDE OUT OF THE GARLIC.
MIX EVERYTHING WITH A MIXER, ROUND OFF WITH A LITTLE COOKING CREAM. WARM UP.
TOP WITH A DOLLOP OF GREEK YOUGURT.
