My main goal as your personal trainer is to help you reach your goals, keep you motivated and to ensure continuity in your training. We will design a tailored exercise program that reflects your objectives, fitness level, and experience.
Health declaration, lifestyle profile and a personal trainer/client agreement
These agreements must all be signed prior to beginning the training sessions. This ensures that the role of the trainer to client and client to trainer is clearly appreciated and understood. With that done, we will book a first session where we weigh, measure and do a fitness test. The fitness test consists of a few simple exercises of fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.
Personal training in a private gym with professional equipment!
Besides personal training in a gym, I also offer classes were we train as a group. On Wednesdays we run on Paseo Maritimo in Fuengirola (map) and on Thursdays we do circuit training at the Swedish school (map).
